About

Credit Card Debt is owing money to someone else. No matter how we rationalize using our Credit Cards, the debt that follows is never a good thing. I say this with experience because I have been though the ordeal of paying off all of our credit card debt and vowing to never get beck into debt again a few times. It is just to easy, especially if you have had a financial set back or if you are just in a permenint state of broke like we have been for the past eight years. Credit cards only suck you dry in the end and can keep you from reaching higher goals.

As we have found ourselves in credit card debt again to the tune of around 15,000 dollars. 15,000 dollars may not seem like much too many of you but it is deep debt to us, as out income is quite low. This means that it is time for a permanent change. I know that I am no where near alone in this problem, so we will share our journey from bad debt to wealth with all that are interested. There will be habits broken and new ones formed, and we will improve out horrible credit score along the way.

There is a lot of information here about using credit card debt elimination services which is one way to go. I’m afraid that they might not be the best way to go, so look for a few book reviews on the subject and the blog that will give you our journey of getting out of debt using advice from the books. If that fails then we will try one of those services, and if that will not work than it will be bankruptcy for us. All of this will be shared, so you can have an idea of what to expect if you are in a similar situation.

I believe that honesty is going to be the key factor in our success, so I will be as honest as I can with you as long as we keep our personal privacy and security. So I will tell it like it is in the hopes that my struggles and triumphs will help you in your personal credit card debt elimination. I will be using pen names on this site and everywhere having to do with this site. I will also not use direct names of the credit card companies when insulting them, or the names of other people involved. Expect procedure and some ballpark numbers at the least.
